Don't miss the 3rd annual Village in Bloom Arts Festival in May 2015!! Student artists needed!!!


What: Art exhibits of and for area children, performances for the whole family, exhibits of Isabel and John's artwork, make-and-take children's art activities


When: May 2, 2015


Where: The Village of East Davenport 


Why: Isabel and John lived, raised their family and created their art in the East Village. We want to celebrate their contribution and encourage young people to get involved in the arts!
